2.  They are willing to pay a premium to have those potential customers delivered to them.  

 What benefit does the local business derive from paying a premium to obtain those leads?

 1. It is economically viable alternative or complement to their advertising efforts given that:

           a.  They pay only for results

          b.  They can verify if the leads are indeed qualified and authentic

          c.   They can access the pertinent information in real time so they protected from fraudulent billing invoices

          d.   They are constantly driving potential new customers for their business.
